Four consultations are bookable on this site. Three of them run thirty minutes and one runs forty five. Here is what each is for, which one to pick if you cannot tell, and what you should have in your hands by the end of it.

Brand consultation, thirty minutes

Identity, positioning, and how the brand reads to the people buying. Book this one if you keep losing to a competitor you believe you are better than. We will ask who you lose to and what they say about themselves. You should leave with a description of the comparison you are currently losing, whether or not you ever hire us to fix it.

Web consultation, thirty minutes

The site itself. Structure, build, and what it is costing you today. Book it when the site is the thing standing in the way rather than a symptom of something else. We will look at it while you are on the call, not afterwards, so you hear the unedited version.

SEO consultation, thirty minutes

Search visibility, what you rank for now, and what is reachable. Worth booking if you suspect you are invisible for the words your buyers actually type. Reachable is the word doing the work there: some positions are worth having and some are not worth the year it would take to reach them, and knowing which is which is most of the value.

Strategy consultation, forty five minutes

The wider plan, for when more than one of the above is in play. It runs fifteen minutes longer because the first fifteen usually go on establishing which of the problems is the real one and which are downstream of it.

Which to pick if you cannot tell

Take the brand consultation. A good share of the site and search problems founders describe turn out to be positioning problems wearing a different coat, and that is the call where it becomes obvious fastest. If it really is a build question or a search question, we will say so and you can book the right one.

What none of them is

None of them is a pitch with a countdown attached. There is no discount for deciding while you are on the call, because there is no discount at all. The prices are published, so the number is the same today as it is in March.
