Why we do not require a call
Most studios will not give you a number until you have had two conversations. We answer by email within a working day, and a call happens when it is useful to you.

Most studios will not give you a number until you have had two conversations. The first is a discovery call. The second is where the price finally appears, usually after enough rapport has been built that walking away feels rude. We do not run it that way. You write to us, one person replies within a working day, and a call happens when it is useful to you.
What a mandatory call is for
It is for the studio. A call lets a seller read hesitation, answer an objection while you are still on the line, and time the number so it lands just after the enthusiasm. That is a sales technique and a fairly effective one. It is also why so many founders come out of a discovery call able to describe how the meeting felt and unable to describe what they would be buying.
What we do instead
The prices are on the pricing page. What each phase includes is on the process page. Write to us and one person replies within a working day, and the reply says whether we are the right studio for the job, including when the answer is that we are not. None of that asks you to hold thirty minutes open in a week you did not plan to spend on this.
When a call is genuinely the better tool
Some things do not survive email. A disagreement between two founders about what the company actually sells. A decision that only becomes clear while somebody is talking through it. A scope that grows every time you try to write it down. When you hit one of those, book the call. It will be short, and it will be with the person who does the work.
What this costs us
Deals. Some founders need to see a face before they spend four figures, and a studio that insists on a call will win a share of those. We think the trade is worth making. Founders who are willing to decide from written information tend to then decide quickly, and that is the same quality that makes a project finish in three weeks.
If you would rather just book one
Four consultations are listed on this site and you can book any of them without speaking to us first. Booking one commits you to nothing, and not booking one puts you no further back in the queue.
